Member “C”

Any natural individual that is part of the Association.

In this category, any natural individual willing to be part of the Association may be affiliated.
This individual should visit SLOM’s Website and complete the respective registration for natural individuals.
The individual shall make the corresponding membership payment according to the current fee.
The Administrative Director shall contact the individual to provide the membership code for the new Member “C”.

DUTIES

Assist by encouraging the compliance with the Business Purpose of the Association under the instructions given by the Board of Directors.
Support as possible any activities contributing to the achievement of the Association's objectives, under the instructions given by the Board of Directors.
Perform the activities required by the Board of Directors or the Assembly with the intent of properly managing the Association.
Timely pay the membership dues established by the Assembly and within the terms set for this purpose, once implemented.
Comply with the by-laws and regulations subsequently issued within the Association.
Attend any Extraordinary or Ordinary General Assemblies to be held.
Participate in the committees established by the Board of Directors with the intent of reviewing or developing specific matters for the proper management of the Association.

Attend the meetings of the General Assembly, with the right to speak in debates but not to vote.
A Category “C” Member’s representative may be elected to perform any position within the Board of Directors or the Association's organizational structure.
May submit proposals, aligned with the objective of the Association, to the Board of Directors or in the Assembly meetings.
A Member “C” shall have the support of the Association in all matters related to the objectives of the same.
A Member “C” may access the technical information in place on the Association’s website and participate in its activities and training programs.
